Strange office. I would say it's big on flash and outwards appearances. You get that point when you are assailed by beautiful, smiling pictures in the waiting room, etc. Receptionists are inordinately pretty and feminine but can't seem to do their work effectively...don't seem to care much whether things are running late nor if there are errors in your bill. What else? Well, they have a slick website as well as a print and email newsletter. They're very much into marketing and projecting an engaging image. The redeeming and down-to-earth person I actually liked in this office was the dentist who did cleanings. He didn't even live in the immediate area and I think he came in only part-time, but he was so attentive and sincere - he was fairly anomalous with the rest of the staff!
