Exquisite and most elegant jewelry by Karen V. at InsiderPages
My husband and I went to the Bailey, Banks and Biddle in Shaumburg, IL and were treated so well. They treat their customers with great care and respect the time you may need to find what you are looking for. Their staff are very knowledeable about jewlery and will take the time to answer any questions you may have. This is by far one of the best places to buy elegant and lasting jewelry!
We loved going there and will continue to purchase more items from them.

Horrible Experience - Beware!
I purchased an engagement ring here. The only reason I went here was because the ring designer I liked was exclusive to them. Otherwise I probably would have gone elsewhere. I should have listened to my intuitions about the place. The customer service was horrendous. When asked to size the ring I was told that they could do it locally. Found out later (after they butchered the ring) that the ring should ONLY be sized by the manufacturer. Each time I brought it in (twice - once for the first butcher job, a second time to have it sent to the manufacturer for correct sizing) I was given a time frame that was completely wrong. I never got calls when the ring came back. I had to stay on top of them to get things taken care of. Was told the ring would be back in 10 days the first time. Actually took them three weeks!
Also ordered the wedding band through them unfortunately (it was the same designer). This time they NEVER even called me. I was told it would be in in 3 to 4 weeks. Called them 6 weeks later and they still didn't have it. Eventually got to the bottom of it as they screwed up both mine and someone else's order and were about to give my ring to someone who ordered the same ring 3 weeks after me!
Not really what I was looking for after having spent thousands of dollars. If you're just buying something and never have to see them again you might be OK (Although you probably will pay a premium mark-up there). However, if you want a halfway decent level of service I'd suggest going elsewhere.
