Best Personal Trainer!!!
Working with Alex at Aim Fitness is completely changing the way I feel about exercise, and about myself. It's like having someone to play with at the gym. He's completely positive, and supportive, and his inspiring attitude is changing MY outlook. Also, it's much less costly than I expected so I think I'll be seeing him for personal training for a long time.

The staff there is knowlegeable and considerate, and I never had the high pressure experience that I did in other gyms. The locker room is too small, but it doesn't effect the overall experience at all.

Working with power made me faster!
Aim Fitness offers a lot of things for triathletes, cyclists, and runners. They have 10 Cyclops indoor cycling bikes with built in power meters, 6 computrainers, an altitude training chamber, USAT triathlon coaches, yoga classes specific to athletes, pilates for core training, and certified/experienced coaches and trainers to help you get faster and stronger! Some people go there to lose weight and learn about their bodies. Others go there to train for an Ironman. It is a really diverse group of people. I saw a lady working out in the altitude chamber the other day, she was training to do some hiking in Peru this summer. I thought that was cool because there was a guy on the treadmill training to do an Ironman!

I like it here
Aim Fitness is a facility designed for the athlete and the athlete within. They focus on goals and helping you get to your goal only to set another one. They don't let you go! Their personal trainers and coaches are trained and they DO what they tell you to DO. This place has everything you need to get there. Altitude chamber, cycling classes with computrainers, treadmills, yoga, pilates, resistance classes, triathlon coaches/camps/clinics, run team, triathlon team, sport specific bodywork, personal trainers and a great deal on rates. Their locker rooms are not big enough and they are expanding soon, but when you get what you need out of your workout, who cares about locker rooms.
